Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Compute ticket cost and issue/ reissue tickets.
2. Ensures target are met for each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
3. Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.

Key Benefits:
1. Quarterly incentives / bonus (up to 2 month salary)
2. The monthly salary is above market rate

Kualifikasi :
1. Tourism High School Diploma or higher degrees background.
2. Preferably having a work experience at Airline or Travel Industry as ticketing staff.
3. Good written & spoken English are welcome.
4. Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, nights, weekends, public holidays).
