Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Processing invoices into MYOB (accounting system) relating to leasing, design and construction of retail and head offices using job P&L’s.
2. Process invoices into Excel and FCTG finance systems for general payments relating to repairs & maintenance, licensing and other IT & Property services.
3. Supplier statement reconciliations, preparing payment runs and reconciling bank statements.

Kualifikasi :
1. Candidates must possess min. bachelors degree in accounting major.
2. At least 1 year experience in a similar finance role in an accounting firm or commercial entity
3. Experience in the use of MYOB Premier or similar accounting package.
4. High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all areas.
5. High proficiency in both written and spoken English.
