The Company objective is to produce ALTO Natural Spring Water as a strong local brand with an international standard of quality to capture the potential market in Indonesia. Our ambition is to become the largest diversified drinks group in Indonesia, which will achieve through continued investment in our brands, our people and our excellent facilities. Now, we are looking for the potential candidate to join our company as JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER.



1. Male/Female, age 25-35 years

2. Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, Major : Communication, Advertising, Marketing Management (min. GPA 2.75)

3. Min. 2 years experience handling consumer goods / food & beverages industry

4. Excellent command of MS Office

5. Having good analytical skill, experience in preparing marketing plan, sales budgeting & forecasting, new product development, handling marketing promotion activities (above & below the line)

6. Develop distribution channels & brand partners

7. Able to define, maintain pricing policy & strategy

8. Willing to work under pressure

9. The job holder must be ambitious, keen to take an responsibility in an organization that provides high level of autonomy & individual responsibilities
