1. Account Executive (AE)



Responsibilities

• Achieving Sales Target

Requirements :

• Bachelor�s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years experience in business-to-business sales or marketing, preferably in media industry is preferred
• Possess high interest in sales & marketing.
• Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience.

2. Junior PHP Web Developer



Qualifications:

• * Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• Knowledge in PHP Frameworks and CMS a Plus (Codeigniter, Joomla, Wordpress, Zencart)
• High analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding with system development life cycle and software engineering.
• Knowledge in MySQL Database and other related databases, functions, optimization and normalization.
• Knowledge and understanding with Object Oriented Programming and Methodologies.
• Knowledge and practical experience of HTML/CSS and Javascript.
• Willing to learn new web technologies

The role: Account Manager

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Mumored's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.



Responsibilities:

• Own the booking, up selling and management of your direct clients.
• Report on sales figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical.
• Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
• Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI.
• Manage ongoing customer training in all Mumored advertising solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in a client-facing role.
• Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

4. Senior PHP Web Developer

The candidate must be a self-starter, creative, aggressive, smart, and polished with unquestionable integrity and unparalleled work ethic while comfortable working in a team environment. You may be asked to complete one or more code exercises during the interview process as well as provide examples of both completed web projects and code samples. Please only serious applicants.



Specific Duties:

• Works with the Director of Web Development to create technical proposals and assist with estimates
• Builds custom web-based applications to industry standards either alone or in conjunction with a small team for enterprise scale and availability.
• Lead the team in practices that ensure that the "done criteria" are met with a minimum of friction.
• Maximize the team's release of demisable user value with every iteration.
• Evaluate and guide team selection of the best development and deployment tools
• Research and integrate innovative new web and mobile technologies that will provide surprising new source of customer value.
• Ensure the customer issue and technology failures are detected, isolated, and resolved rapidly, and prevented from happening again.
• Maintains, debugs, and enhances existing websites
• Provides third-party code integration and maintenance or enhancements
• Troubleshoots website and server problems
• Researches new products and keep current with changing technologies
• Contributes to the development of common code
• Provides quality assurance and benchmark testing, and documents functionality of scripts and website interfaces
• Serves as a technical lead and performs peer reviews of team code and processes
• Reviews and develops new technologies and opportunities

Required Experience:

• 5+ years experience building scalable web applications in PHP using MVC frameworks
• Strong MySQL query building experience
• Solid experience with cross-platform, browser compliant HTML (HTML5) and CSS
• Good Javascript knowledge (jQuery framework)
• Experience with version control systems, especially SVN
• Familiarity with integrating popular APIs (parsing JSON, XML), experience with social media APIs beneficial
• Experience implementing Content Management Systems, such as Drupal and WordPress, including design integration and code customization
• Attention to detail - clean code and precise design translation

Required Skills:

PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Version Control Systems, API's and object oriented programming, developer, programmer, engineer, architect



Preferred Qualification

• Experience with CakePHP, Nagios, Urchin, Git.
• Experience with cloud computing (such as Amazon Web Services EC2 and related services).
• Experience with mobile technologies, including the mobile applications and SMS.
• Experience or familiarity with continuous integration and eXtreme Programming practices.
• Experience in the field of digital or mobile advertising.
