PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR We are an Indonesian Telecommunication Company working closely with Telecommunication Operators in Indonesia. We are inviting suitable candidates to join us for the following position : PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR Duties & Responsibilities � To ensure that all documentation as required for handover the project/deliverables to the account division will run correctly, smoothly and completely. � Assisting Project Manager by preparing the project documentation status by compiling data and ensure the validity of the data. � Work with the Project Manager and Contract Administration in account Division in order of hand-over projects/invoicing. � To make sure the confidentiality of project documentation. Qualifications & Requirements � 1-2 years experience in project and contract administration � Computer literate, skilled in the computer environment � Good level written/oral English � Good administrative skills � Ability to co-operate, good interpersonal skills � Work neatly and efficiently � Be enthusiastic and able to give full commitment to his/her work Send your CV to : [email protected] Terkait:
