Job Description :

- Support and Maintain FAIMS Media System Infrastructure

Qualifications:

- Minimum experience 3 years as a System Administrator

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on advance technical skills with LINUX / CENTOS certified professional preferred, covering installation, upgrade, system tuning, backup/restore, sync, cron job management, etc.

- Hands-on technical skills on Network equipments configuration (Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc.)

- Familiarity with installation and configuration of Linux, MS Windows O/S and Mac.

- Familiarity with Standard System Security and SOP

- Setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Windows and/or Linux environment

- Setup and operation of common desktop environment (Windows, Linux Ubuntu and Mac)

Strong in system documentation:

- Ability to diagram and explain complex, highly available multi-tiered network topologies,

- BCP/DRP documentation

- System Accounts management

Experience working with database solutions (MySQL a plus)



Soft Skills:

- Fluent written communication skills (English), speaking fluency a plus.

- Tack-sharp analytical and problem solving abilities

- Experience on handling Service Level Agreements (SLA)

- Customer centric

- Attention to details

Nice to Have Skills

- Familiarity with mission-critical web applications such as those that run on Apache/Linux

- Familiarity with load-testing and traffic generation.

- Familiarity operation Reporting solutions.

- Familiarity with network monitoring via SNMP and enterprise management platforms.

- Experience with high-traffic web services, including capacity analysis, monitoring, and change management.
