THE smallest tribute yet has been paid to Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding - miniature Lego figures depicting the happy couple.



The bride and groom, Queen and Duke of Edinburgh and even corgis, the monarch's favourite breed of dogs, are all recreated in tiny detail at the new attraction.



The royal wedding scene also includes crowds, guests and members of the royal family on Buckingham Palace's famous balcony.



It took model makers at Legoland Windsor more than 30 hours to make the tribute to William and Kate's nuptials using 10,000 bricks.



Each of the 10cm-high figures took around an hour to put together out of 30 to 40 bricks.



The couple are depicted at the palace gates embracing as guardsmen, complete with their bearskins and scarlet tunics, crowds of schoolchildren and well-wishers look on, with the Queen and other members of her family watching from the balcony.



The royal residence features 160,000 bricks and was built on a 1:50 scale over 550 hours.
