Taken the other day on my first outing out with the 600mm in almost two months!</p>

<p>I had an awful morning when I got this and didn't expect to get any shots so was pleased to manage a single image - let alone one I liked!! For those interested, I wrote a small post on my blog about the nightmare morning and used this image to illustrate <a href="http://www.richardpeters.co.uk/blog/2009/01/12/one-of-those-days/" target="_blank">why you should never give up</a> even when it's all going against you lol</p>
