Payment will be done via paypai upon completion of each milestone that has mutually been agreed on.



Programming languages.

1. iPhone apps (Objective C)

2. Web Design (CSS + graphic design)

3. Flash Animation

4. Flash (Adobe Flex) for web commercial project

5. Java J2EE (Apache Tomcat, jQuery, Struts, Spring and etc)

6. Google Androids

7. Microsoft .NET



Skills.

1. Fast learners (very important) as you will be taking over the project with minimum supervision.

2. Professional (keep all the confidential information).

3. Responsible towards the completion of the project in timely manner.

4. Proficient in both Indonesia and English languages.

5. Responsive to any questions or etc.



Additional Skills.

1. Fundamental understanding of web architecture.

2. Fundamental knowledge of client server architecture.

3. Mobile programming architecture.

4. Etc.



Once selected, we will inform you once there is any upcoming project. We will then sub-divide the project into phases and we will then pass you the requirement specs for certain phase and you will need to estimate how much the cost and time of that phase would be.
