Do you see the bands?

If I am reading this right, if I was properly calibrated, I should not see bands in the grey boxes on the right of the screen?</p>

<p>Now if I am reading correctly again, it says if I set my gamma to 2.2 and I still see the bands, I need a new monitor or a calibrator?</p>
