Minolta XE-5 flash issues
I just purchased a Minolta XE-5 in pristine condition, simply to fool around with, and I just attempted to attach my Minolta Auto 208PX unit atop to see if it would work with the model.
After much cleaning and taking care of the minimally used flash device, I got it working, and every time i test it, it works fine. Yet, when i attach it to the camera and take a picture with it, it doesn't work.
Is it not compatible with the older model since it originally came with my Minolta X-700, is it a simple "newbie's" mistake or lack of though that I'm missing, or is the flash, even after cleaning out the battery corrosion and seemingly to work fine, is just shot? &n Terkait:
