Indoor so much noise!

Hello everyone, this is my very first post! I decided to join because I am a beginner photographer and needed some help. My main problem right now is noise in my pictures.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I am shooting in RAW with the lowest ISO my camera allows without lag in each shot. I am including an image with very bad noise, not all of them are this bad but a lot I have to simply delete b/c they are terrible! What am I doing wrong? </p>

<p>This seems to only happen with my indoor shots and very few outdoor.</p>
