Long Exposure... Wheres the Horse?? c&c

Took this, this past weekend. Seems alittle noisy to me, what you think? Also, why is it looking darker now that I post here? Something Photobucket did? I have never had this problem, but I did just start using CS5 and a new computer...</p>
