We are from PT Gresik Gases and Gresik Power Indonesia is located in Gresik, East Java, is a member of The Linde Group, headquartered in Munich, Germany as a Global Leader of Industrial Gases and engineering is looking profersional workers to be placed in Gresik, East Java as :


Documents and Administration Officer

Duties :


* Handle and maintain the Library
* Updating, copy, and distribute manuals and images site
* Modifying and updating the Manufacturing and picture books
* Handle and maintain inventory software factory
* Assistant to other departments to scan and edit documents / manuals and drawings related to the plant when needed
* Changing the written documents from English to
* IMSS Updating procedure for the Department of Operation, Maintenance and Engineering staff
* Acting as a senior secretary or Reseptionis when needed.


The main requirement :

* Women with a maximum age of 25 years
* Education min D3 with GPA min 2.75
* Able Interesting
* Master of Computer (MS word, MS excel, MS power point, e-mail)
* Current in English both Oral and Writing
* Able to communicate well
* Having a basic knowledge of Filling management; either soft copy or hard copy
* Having a basic knowledge of the Library Management
