Default Kupon Lotere Ditukar Kotoran Anjing, Haduh!
Pemerintah Kota New Taipei punya cara sendiri untuk membersihkan kotanya dari kotoran anjing. Caranya, setiap bungkus kotoran anjing yang dikumpulkan warga, bisa ditukar dengan satu kupon lotre.




Membersihkan kotoran anjing(Sumber: blogspot.com)

Lebih dari 4.000 orang mengumpulkan 14.500 kantong kotoran anjing sejak skema itu diluncurkan Agustus lalu. Setelah diundi, pemenang pertama lotre seorang wanita berumur 50 tahunan. Hadiahnya emas batangan senilai 1.400 poundsterling atau hampir senilai Rp 20 juta.(**)

coba di indonesia diterapin kyak gini ndan,,
lomba mungut sampah di sungai, dapet emas kyak tu..
indonesia pasti bebas banjir lah...
