trus apa kerugiannya jika bottleneck?

kalo kompter kaya gini bisa di sebut bottleneck ga :

proc p4 3.00ghz

ram 2gb ddr2

psu 400w pure power

vga card ATI radeon x1950 pro 256mb 256bit gddr3

HD 80gb
