Bisakah Harddisk Sata I di Pasang di Mobo yg support Sata II?

Gan mo tanya klo hdd sata I bisa g di pasang ke connector sata II?

kebetulan sodara ane beli komputer baru.

komputer nya yg lama dh g kepake truz ane minta aj harddisk nya.

tapi harddisk nya itu msih sata I.

kira2 bisa g y di colok ke mobo ane yg dh support sata II?

klo bisa perlu dilakukan pengaturan ap aj y biar g da masalah?

mobo ane ECS GeForce7050M-M (V2.0) dh support Serial- ATA II

mohon pencerahannya
