[WTA] resize partition disk drive

mastah2, dedengkot penghuni ccpb ane mau minta tolong. langsung aja. laptop ane , ane buat 3 partisi:

1. C (100gb)

2. D (125gb)

3. E (245gb)

ane mo kurangi drive c, dari 100gb menjadi 75 gb. terus ane mo tambahkan di drive D, dari 125 gb menjadi 150 gb. itu pake progie apa??? kira2 aman gak??
