[ASK] HELP..KOMP ANE KNP nih GAN ????

Gan, ane mau tanya komp ane nih kok program nya nggak mau jalan semua klo ane double klik (misalnya Microsoft office ) dia malah konek ke internet trus muncul pilihan RUN, SAVE,CANCEL. tapi klo buka file tugas kuliah ane yang extensionnya word bisa masuk...kenapa ya gan... HELP me please.....

Apa kena virusnya?? klo iya kira" gimana cara ngatasinnya???
