Vibrate weak and BlackBerry PRIV contact issue?

Hello all.

New user here. I have a question about the vibrate, it's very weak even on strong setting. It's very noisy, but not very strong (I can hardly feel it) Is this normal? Also, although I have granted the app access to my contacts, it won't sync them. I'm worried it's due to the BlackBerry PRIV contacts all. Anyone else have a BlackBerry Android device?
