Job Description :
1. Monitor performance results of each sourcing vendor based on Multipolar standard requirements and invite only qualified vendors if there is any procurement activities.
2. Prepare the necessary documents for vendor selection.
3. Check price and available goods to vendor based on the purchase requisition.
4. Support the development of medium to complex PR by Account Managers or end-users.
5. Prepare Payment Request (PR) for advance, expense or settlement and ensure the completeness of supporting document for approval.
6. Conduct vendor evaluation to ensure that the performances of vendors are qualified based on the standard requirements.

Requirement :
1. S1 Degree from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline.
2. Have min 2 years working experience handling procurement in IT Industry.
3. Good negotiation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
4. Able to work with tight target, under pressure, accurate, honest & well organized
5. Placement in Lippo Karawaci – Tangerang.
