Job Description :

Qualification :
1. Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications / Information graduates from the best university with minimum GPA 3.00
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related fields is required
3. Understand and have knowledge of IP networking in particular telecommunications technology, WiFi, FTTH Network
4. Have the ability to communicate and good coordination
5. Understanding of service management (ITIL, eTOM)
6. Master business of operating a contact center
7. Willing overtime and the service beyond the city
