1. Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any field, max age of 40
2. Matured, at least 5 year experience in handling maintenance of hotel, hospital, or mall
3. Good understanding of interior design
4. Able to work on project management
5. Willing to work overtime or as project schedule (e.g : Saturday/Sunday)
6. Excellent leadership skills and team management
