Job location : Medan

Requirements :
1. Male/Female, age 35 years (maximum)
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree from reputable university in HR Management, Law or equivalent
3. Having 5 year(s) experience in similar field
4. Able to speak English oral & written is a must
5. Understanding of Manpower regulation and implementation
6. Have a strong knowledge and experience related to industrial relation
7. Deep understanding of HRIS System (data base, payroll, training, recruitment)
8. Having effective communication and negotiation skill and strong leadership
9. Team player and able to work along cross functional teams
10. Able to operate the computer especially office program
11. SAP is added advantage
