Optimize major component lives by conducting Condition Monitoring initiatives, provide recommendations and reports based on fluid / magnetic plugs / filter cut analysis, maintain Contamination Control & housekeeping management to ensure quality of maintenance and safety in work locations, and educate maintenance workforce with equipment health knowledge & practices.

Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma Degree (D3 or polytechnic) with 7 years experiences in mechanical engineering.
2. Min. 3 years experiences in mining industry & equipment health initiatives.
3. Possess good knowledge of fluid analysis methods (for oil fuel, coolant).
4. Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance management.
5. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
6. Possess good lateral & analytical thinking / skills.
7. Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
8. Able to develop and distribute regular reports.
9. Willing to travel to project sites in remote locations.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure work performed conform to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
2. Assist Superior and team with fluid / magnetic plugs / filter cut analysis and provide recommendations to optimize major component loves.
3. Ensure the quality of Hydrocarbon storages, service truck filtration, PM bay filtration.
4. Assist in backlog provision based on condition monitoring analysis findings.
5. Maintain and control machine data collection for historical review and analysis.
6. Prepare and submit periodical equipment health reports for management review and maintenance action plan.
7. Educate maintenance workforce in equipment health knowledge and practices.
