Job Description :
This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Sales Supervisor at Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
1. Sales Supervisor is responsible lead sales team to achieve targets.
2. In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as sales executive for the first term and as acting sales supervisor for the second term.
3. Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in All Major or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Enjoy working in field environment
5. Having good direct selling skill
6. Having passion in Automotive industry
7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
8. Willing to be placed in all region
