[Jakarta] Dibutuhkan Maintenance & Support Engineer untuk Indivara Group

Responsibility :
1. Support of Software maintenance services for Jatis System
2. Validate, track, and manage all Issue Tickets with Ticketing System
3. Track and manage all Issue Tickets in Jatis Support System (JIRA)
4. Response Issues, Inquiry, and Change Request quickly within SLA
5. Resolve Incidents related to the application using known resolutions /SLA
6. Correlate Issue Tickets to identify & address Critical & High Incidents
7. Escalate Issue Tickets requiring immediate attention by second layer
8. Coordinate w/ customer & on-site visit support if needed
9. Regular Report update
10. Identify and define new requirement of modification / change request to supervisor
11. He/she can be assigned to be a part of our Technical Team Support in Maintenance & Support division (eg. JAVA Support, and .NET Support)

Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Computer Science, Information Technology or related background
2. Min. 1-2 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Specific position skills and experience needed :
– JAVA Support :
a. Has knowledge/experience in Java Web Services
b. Specific skills needed : JAVA (JEE), Core JAVA/Servlets/JDBC/JSP, MVC frameworks – Spring, ORM frameworks – Hibernate/My Batis, Ticketing systems (eg. JIRA, Remedy), .Net (optional)
– NET Support :
a. Have .Net Web Services Project with database relational will be an advantage
b. Ms. Visual Studio (ASP.Net MVC Ideal, C#), SQL Server Reporting Manager, IIS Manager, Database (SQL Server/Oracle/PostGre), Ticketing System

General Requirements :
Quality minded w/ analytical & problem solving skills, english literacy, highly responsible individual with a great sense of commitment, self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision, good interpersonal and communication skills.
