TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
(Report to HR Manager)
Job location: East Jakarta
Qualifications
- Gender : Preferable Male
- Age : Maximum 35 Yod
- Education : Degree in any major of equivalent
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in similar position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- HR development(Recruitment, training, career path, appraisal and HRIS)
- working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;
- managing the delivery of training and development programmes(TNA) and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organisation;
- Conducting Performance appraisals(KPI)
Skills:
- Up to date knowledge of a range of training methods and the ability to relate and apply to practical issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English
- Good administrative and associated IT skills
