to discover a trusted 24 hour delivery flowers & Gifts site which can
be replied upon to send flowers, hampers and gifts to their loved ones
anywhere in the world. FlowerAdvisor has a network of florists which
are located in more than 111 countries in the world, thus makes
FlowerAdvisor as one of the biggest E Commerce Player in Asia that
specializes in Flowers & Gifts Currently PT. Aldmic Indonesia
are expanding and are seeking for Highly caliber & motivate candidates
to fill the following position.
Customer Services Staff
Jakarta Raya



Responsibilities:


* Deal directly with customers either by telephone or
electronically
* Delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
* Handles in the best interest of both customer and company
* Suggest improvements to the various communications by the
company
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
and complaints
* Perform customer verifications for suspicious order
* Do whatever it takes to process orders.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a vocational Diploma/Short
Course Certificate, Bachelor
's/College Degree, any field.
* Fresh graduate/Entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Shifting.
* Willing to work over time to finish deadlines.
