* Added lines in tables in the MS Word and PDF reports for readability.

* Reports in MS Word or PDF contained tags in code. Fixed.

* Foreign keys integrity rules for Interbase and Firebird were erroneously imported as restrict where it should be no action. Fixed.

* When a check constraint was defined on a domain and convert domains was set to true and a global prefix was used, the global prefix could be added to the check constraint. Fixed.
