PROPERTY/BUILDING/ESTATE MANAGER

• Male / Female, Maximal 35 years old
• Education minimal S1, GPA minimal 3.00 from reputable university, preferable background study Technique Civil, Electro, Architecture, Machine, Agriculture, Economic Management, and Accountant.
• Having experience Property Management minimal 2 years.
• Preferable Fluently in English or Mandarin.
• Capable in making decision, able to analyze and think strategically
• Having good knowledge in �business sense�.
• Having leadership skill for handle the team, initiative and innovative.
• Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill marketing.
• Good negotiation skill.
• To be Located in placed PEKALONGAN, KEDIRI, PALU, SERANG & SUKABUMI
