Management Trainee

Requirements :

* Male/Female, min 27 years old

* Min S1 from Local / Overseas University, Master degree is a plus

* Target-oriented and have an extensive network

* Preferred experience doing presentations

* Able attractive, independent, intelligent and able to communicate well

* Preferably with experience dealing with the banking / asset management

* Good in English and Mandarin will be more advance

* Good nature and being able to attend a negotiation process

* Has a good communication skills and good charm

* Experience in Marketing or Tele-Marketing will be more advance

* Have good self motivation, achievement motivation and strong personality



Responsibility :

* Analyze market trends, customers trends and drive activity to boost

* Managing of Personal or Corporate Client.

* Cooperate with internal business units to meet marketing or business target

* Identify possible leads and develop and drive strategic marketing plans to penetrate into the various market

* Lead and develop the team to achieve the business goals
