Kami membuka beberapa Loker untuk Application/Programmer (VB Macro Base), antara lain:



Application Support Leader (1 bulan)

-Acting as SPOC of key user

-Qualified to lead project member

-Schedule and keep timeline on track

-Test functional application & database

-Reconfirm application compatibilities

-Fixing applications bugs to comply with new system

-Provide and prepare all UAT required prior migration process

-Identify office files required remediation and provide necessary report

-Identify any risk on application compatibility in Win 7, IE 8, and perform proper escalation



Application Support (1 bulan)

-Test functional application & database

-Reconfirm application compatibilities

-Fixing applications bugs to comply with new system

-Identify any risk on application compatibility in Win 7, IE 8, and perform proper escalation



Application Inventory (1 bulan)

-Responsible to inventory all application on users� desktop/laptop

-Generate report on inventory list

-Provide initial support for Win 7 users

-Highlighting any requirement of users that might be affected on Win 7 environment



Bubble Support (6 bulan)

-Fix and solve any issue related of migration to Win 7

-Provide face to face coach and technical support to users (VIP and regular users) on Win 7 environment and application, MS office 2010, and IE 8
