An internationally recognized and award winning children art education from USA, with franchisees across USA, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia, is seeking full-time Studio and Administrative Assistant for its HQ Studio in Jakarta.



Responsibilities:



Main responsibilities are the following:

- As front-liner and cashier: handling walk-ins, emails and calls from (candidate) customers and guests, scheduling trials and make-up class, managing payments and petty cash, conducting social media updates

- Performing administrative tasks (customer database, billings n purchase orders)



Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): customer oriented, passionate, organized, honest, eager to learn, attention to details.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pondok Indah.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time and Contract position available
