- In charge of the preparation of the monthly reporting package and other monthly financial analysis
- Periodically reconciliation of receivables / payables with customers / suppliers; Proactively manage the balance of receivables and chase payments from customers
- Drive the budgeting and rolling-estimation processes
- Liaise with statutory auditors in fulfilling the business operation's statutory requirements
- Assist in establishing, implementing and documenting the internal control framework
- Liase with tax agent/company secretary to fulfill tax and statutory filing requirements
- Drive the coming ERP implementation in ID office
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in finance related field with a mix of big 4 accounting firm or other top-tier accounting firm experience and in-house finance function experience
- Solid local, international GAAP knowledge as well as Indonesia local tax regulation
- Experience on SOX or J-Sox would be a plus
- Strong communication skills in English or Chinese Mandarin, both written and oral (in order to liaise with various speaking associates)
- Excellent business sense and analytical skills
- Highly structured and process driven in his/her approach, result oriented as well
- Positive working attitude and the ability to work in ambiguity and drive the changes
- A bachelors� degree, preferably in accounting, finance and/or business administration
- Professional qualification such as CIA, ACCA or CPA desirable
- Enterprise controllership experience would be a plus

- Primarily responsible of financial reporting
- To ensure timely and accurate closing of the full sets of accounts
- To ensure the financial statements are in compliance to IFRS accounting standards
- Monitoring of overseas subsidiaries and perform simple consolidation of accounts
- Supports internal controls and compliance requirements, and involve in ERP implementation
- Timely preparation of financial and management reporting with analysis
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers and related parties
- Performing other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Accounting and Finance with CPA or ACCA
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
