Duties and Responsibilities:

* Handling Ticketing & Accommodation arrangement

* Arrange Medical Check Up

* Handling work permit

* updating personnel�s document: CV, passport, seaman and BOSET certificate

* Arrangement for Boset training

* Arrangement & Updating schedule, time sheet, training matrix for all operations personnel

*handling crew change

* handling international correspondences



Basic Requirements

* Single

* Age between 20 - 28 yrs old

* minimum D3 with GPA minimum 2.75

* Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;

* Ability to work effectively in a team and individually;

* Self motivated and capable of independent work activities;

* Competency in work processing software and Microsoft Office;

* Fluency in English (written and verbal)

* Minimum one year of working experience
