Our client, a worldwide market leader with software for art creation, structural design, pre-production, workflow automation, quality assurance and online collaboration, is looking for:

Applications Support Engineer

Requirements:



* Min Diploma in Printing Technology or Graphic Art and with passion for graphic design technology.

* 2-4 years experience in using or demonstrating graphics application software.

* Good in presentation skills.

* Good application knowledge and understanding of Packaging/Commercial Printing Workflow Solutions and various types of Graphic Editors, Design Software, Color Management, Sheet Layout, RIP�s & Output, Structure CAD 7 3D Design are preferred.

* Experience & knowledge of Flexo/Offset Packaging^ digital printing technologies are higly advantageous.

* Willing to travel within Indonesia & trainings abroad



Responsibilities:



* Complement the Sales team as part of initial sales process with the objective of inducing and enthusing costumer buy-ins.

* Conduct pre-sale demonstrations and producing pre-production/pre-press benchmarks.

* Educate Sales team about new products and feature enhancements of new releases.

* Provide on-site software and workflow training to our customers.

* Troubleshoot either on-site or off-site using remote web diagnostic tools.
