Service Improvement Supervisor

Responsibilities:





As Service Improvement Supervisor, you will be responsible to monitor all call centre systems and applications in a way to ensure 24 hours accessibility and availability. Ensuring the flexibility of the systems and applications to support business growth and strategic direction as well as providing tactical solutions to daily issues. This includes volume forecasting and managing cooperation with external vendors and IT department. Support strategic growth plan for Retail Bank, Institutional, Panin White Label and Priority Bank by liaising with internal and external vendors to modify and ensure all call centre system and application are ready to support each plan. Develop and ensure Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for call centre is in place and working properly by periodic scenario testing in coordination with Compliance and IT Department.



Requirements:

Fresh graduates from any major discipline are welcome to apply for the role. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology will be preferred
