We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidates to fill following positions at below lists.



Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)

Job Description :



Handle costing administration, control and monitoring. Also responsible to handle account receivable for our vehicle, parts and service.



Qualification :



D3 from Accounting or Finance with good communication skill and able to work under pressure.



After Sales Marketing Staff (ASS)

Job Description :



Support and maintain after sales service activities in Toyota`s dealer by socializing Toyota`s after sales standard, monitoring and evaluating activities.



Qualification :



D3 from any engineering background who has good analytical thinking good communication skill and willing to travel



Customer Relation Staff (CSR)

Job Description :



Handle customer complaint database and establish integrated report for management.



Qualification :



D3 from any major who has experience in handling customer, interest in automotive industry and good communication skill



Parts Installation Engineer (PIE)

Job Description :



Maintain and monitor the installation of our accessories on our vehicle.



Qualification :



D3 from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.



Sales & Marketing Administrator (SMA)

Job Description :



Handle administration operation regarding activity in sales area such as, maintain sales data and support sales activities.



Qualification :



D3 from Administration, Accounting or Engineering who has good communication skill and self confidence



IT Analyst (ITA)

Job Description :



Manage system development and propose enhancement in our area



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Information Engineering or computer science



Toyota Trainer (Train)

Job Description :



Establishing curriculum and conduct training for Toyota's Sales Force



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from any major who has passion and experience in training area as a trainer



Market Analyst (MA)

Job Description :



Conduct marketing research, establish marketing strategy and planning.



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Management, Finance, Marketing, Business or Industrial Engineering



Corporate Analyst (CA)

Job Description :



Analyze company`s achievement and resources in order to set up company`s mid - long term strategy.



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Economic Study, Law



Sales Analyst (SA)

Job Description :



Market trend analysis, monitor vehicle distribution from manufacturer to main dealer.



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Industrial Engineering, Statistic or Management



General Affair Officer (GRO)

Job Description :



Handle building project management and purchasing cost analyst



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Civil Engineering



Supply Chain and Logistic Analyst (SCLA)

Job Description :



Monitor and analyze total operation performance of Toyota`s vehicle and parts through innovative improvement.



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering



Sales Representative Officer (SRO)

Job Description :



Making strategic improvement in sales operation activity.



Qualification :



S1/ S2 prefer from Industrial Engineering or any major



Product Development Analyst (PDA)

Job Description :



Analyze Indonesian automotive market to develop future Toyota vehicle design



Qualification :



S1/ S2 from Mechanical & Electrical Engineering



Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Job Description :



Maintain Toyota`s image to external parties, Handling Toyota`s event.



Qualification :



S1/ S2 Communication, Marketing, Management



General Requirements :

1. GPA > 3.00 ; Age max. 27 years old

2. Fluent in English, both in oral and written

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office

4. Preferable those with organizational experience
