PAYROLL STAFF



REQUIREMENT :

- Female or Male. Age Max 35

- Diploma's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from accounting, Business Adm. or from any related background.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling payroll or remuneration calculation, Indonesian Income Tax (PPh 21)

- Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and Power point).

- Able to work independently as well as in team, Strong ability attention to the details and numbers, good interpersonal and communications skills

- Prefer candidate has experience from outsourcing company





JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Input employee data into payroll formula, and calculated OT.

- Input and expenses allowance, bonus, incentive into the formula and calculate payroll Pph 21.

- Create report to Finance a net income of employees to be transferred to employees.

- Prepare and distribute to employees pay slips.

- Create report Jamsostek every month, and distribute the cards.

- Prepare detailed invoice and submit to the finance.
