Required Qualifications:

� 2 or more years of website development and design experience

� Advanced knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, HTML 5

� Advanced knowledge of CSS

� Knowledge of JavaScript

� Advanced knowledge of digital imaging using Adobe Photoshop

� Experience with Adobe Flash

� Experience with online digital media including HD video and digital compression technologies

� Experience with PHP

� Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox,

Safari, etc.)

� Extensive experience working on a Mac platform.

Additional Qualifications:

� JSF

UX Designer

=======

Responsibilities:

Performs a key role in the areas of UX and UI design including but not limited to current UI refactoring, UI patterns & behavior, seamless and consistent delivery of UX across mobile & desktop, enterprise brandingDesigns and creates UX/UI wireframes and mockups and collaborates with peers to provide a flexible solution that can evolve with future business needsAssists in the definition and realization of the enterprise UX, exploring alternatives, establishing standards and assessing the realizedUX /UI across all form factors - desktop, tablet, smartphoneWorks with the Product Owners, other architects and team members to complement and complete the development process.Participates in product roadmap discussions and identifies key areas for improvement in the product and incorporate these goals into future development initiatives.



- Recognized certification/degree in user centered design, usability analysis, and human factors are highly desirable

- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with others at all levels; Effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams

- Must possess a passion for user interfaces and human computer interfaces with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in various roles in the organization

- Experience using HTML, CSS, Web 2.0 metaphors, usability testing, prototyping tools, developing themes

- Experience with storyboarding and prototyping, working with offshore teams

- Project leadership experience and demonstrable ability to establish and meet realistic development schedules required

- Ability to iteratively and incrementally improve both products and processes

- Must be highly proficient in a majority of the following domains: SOA/WOA, HTML, CSS, Protoshare, Balsamiq, Axure, iRise, Photoshop, responsive web design, browser independence,

multi-browser/multi-device support.
