Requirements:

Bachelor degree from Law or Management

Male, max 40 years old

Min five (5) years experience as supervision of HR in mining company

Prepare to recruitment process, payroll, industrial relations activities, counseling/coaching, manage administration of personnel record.

Mature and Independent person, Good analytical and problem solving skill, Good team player,

Good interpersonal skill toward others, Dynamic person and Fast learner.

5. Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan.
