The wire features double-silicone construction rated at over 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The high-gloss red silicone wire jacket not only looks great, but also resists extreme heat, petrochemicals, ozone, and moisture; this allows for longer life and better durability. The high-density silicone insulation provides greater dielectric strength and eliminates arcing. The all Kevlar stranded inner core and fiberglass braiding adds greater pull strength and terminal retention.
