Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Conducting correspondence of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Reminding to extend the personal documents
- Recording all incoming and outgoing mail
- Ticketing, arranging hotel and accommodation
- Arranging and coordinating the meeting schedule for all participants
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Handling other administration and tasks of Director.

Kriteria :
- Min.Diploma majoring Secretary background from reputable academy (Tarakanita is preferable)
- Max.age of 26 years old
- Min.3 years working experience with the same position
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visual Basic)
- Highly motivated, pleasant personality, good appearance, good communication
- Team player, self starter, fast learner, highly initiative person
- Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
