This hooded jacket/parka is pre owned by US Army and in excellent condition. This is made out of 100 % goretex/nylon and is completely waterproof. Here are some of the features:

* Heavy duty zipper.

* Snaps and flap over the zipper so even if the zipper fails you can close the sides.

* 18 inch zippers under each arm to adjust for breathing.

*Two big front pockets with flaps.

* Velcro on the front of the cuffs, to give a snug, wind proof fit.

*Nice size hood with a pull draw string to get a snug fit around the head.
