3. Loading :

Min 500 MT and Max 10,000 MT per Lifting ( Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatra) VESSEL to DELIVERED



4. Time Delivery :

as soon as possible



5. Price :

6. Payment :

BG + TT dari Bank Penerbit 25 PRIME BANK ( ABN AMRO, BCA, Deutche Bank, CIBC, etc)



7. Procedures :

a. Seller send FCO and Draft Contract

b. Buyer sign and seal the FCO and Draft Contract

c. Buyer forward draft contract and ICPO

d. Buyer and Seller sign the original Contract

e. Buyer has to issue the BG or SBLC within of 5 Banking days after signing the original contract

f. Buyer's Bank issue Letter Payment Guarantee

g. Buyers Bank issue Operative BG

h. Seller provided the following POP documents, BL, Ship Particular in Q88, name Capt Ship, and Phone Number Capt Ship.

i. Delivery

j. Payment after SGS / CIQ/ Unloading.

NB :

- Harga kompetitif , bisa dibawah standar

- Pengambilan minimal 500 MT atau diatasnya akan mendapatkan diskon 20 - 30% dari standar harga MOPS

- Harga bisa diblok / dipending menurut index harga MOPS terakhir selama max 2 minggu terhitung sejak buyer memforward draft contract dan ICPO (dan atau belum terjadi sign in original contract).

- Pembayaran termin (mundur) bisa dinegosiasikan lebih lanjut jika memang ada keseriusan dan buyer mengikuti prosedur dan terms yg berlaku.
