Default ikan panas khas melayu


Lembut halus tektur ikan dory memberi sensasi lezat di lidah. Apalagi setelah dicocol saus bawang yang gurih-gurih wangi. Hmmm... sedap!

Bahan:
500 g fillet ikan dory
1 sdm air jeruk lemon
� sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
2 sdm mentega

Saus Bawang:
1 sdm mentega
75 g bawang bombay, iris tipis
1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sdm tepung terigu
200 ml susu segar
� sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
1 sdt daun peterseli cincang

Pelengkap:
daun selada
jeruk lemon

Cara membuat:
  • Lumuri ikan dengan bawang putih, air jeruk, merica dan garam hingga rata. Diamkan selama beberapa saat.
  • Panaskan hingga mentega leleh.
  • Masak ikan hingga kedua sisinya kering dan matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.
  • Saus Bawang:
  • Tumis bawang putih dan bawang Bombay hingga layu.
  • Taburi tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata.
  • Tuangi susu, beri bumbu. Didihkan hingga kental. Angkat.
  • Sajikan ikan dengan Saus dan Pelengkapnya.
