[NEED HELP] flashdisk ga ke detect

agan2 flasdisk ane klo d colokin k komputer tulisannya removable disk trus pas di klik kluar bacaan please insert disk into a drive .. jd ky cd rom ?? udah ane oprek2 pke software HP key boot utility tapi tetep aj masih ky gtu ?? kira2 agan2 sekalian ada yg tau lg ga cara / software yg bisa benerin flasdisk ane cz syg jg klo d buang..
