Walaupun kondisi persepakbolaan Indonesia sedang mengalami masa-masa sulit, bukan berarti berbagai daerah tidak melakukan pembenahan demi tersedianya fasilitas sepakbola yang memadai dan nyaman. Beberapa daerah bahkan telah bergerak lebih cepat dibandingkan daerah-daerah lainnya untuk membangun stadion walaupun klub-klub sepakbola di sana bukanlah yang terbaik di negeri ini
