Perkiraan Waktu Pembuatan : 60 Menit

Bahan-Bahan :
2 lembar kertas aluminium Minyak goreng
Adonan Daging: 150 gram udang kupas, cincang halus 150 gram daging ayam giling 1 siung bawang putih, parut 50 gram bawang bombay, cincang halus 1 buah MAGGI Blok Rasa Ayam ½ sendok teh pala bubuk 1 sendok makan NESTLÉ DANCOW Fullcream 50 gram tepung panir 1 butir telur ayam 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus 50 gram wortel, iris dadu kecil 1 sendok teh garam
Cara Mengolah :
1. Adonan Daging: Aduk semua bahan hingga rata.
2. Bagi adonan menjadi dua.
3. Bungkus masing-masing dengan kertas aluminium.
4. Kukus selama 30 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
5. Buka bungkus kertas aluminiumnya.
6. Goreng gulungan, goreng sebentar dalam minyak panas hingga agak kering.
7. Angkat dan tiriskan.
8. Potong-potong, sajikan.


Tips:

- Pakailah daging ayam dengan sedikit lemak agar adonan tidak berlubang tetapi mulus licin.
- Adonan bisa dibungkus dengan kertas aluminium atau plastik tahn panas.
- Jika tak akan digoreng atau disajikan segera, bungkus plastik simpan dalam lemari es.
